Here’s how it works:

STEP 1: SOCIAL MEDIA STRATEGY

The social media strategy is the foundation for everything you post and the most important step of social media management. This will include business details such as your overarching business goals, social media and content goals, offerings, unique selling proposition, target audience, and market + competitor research.

It will also outline your brand’s content strategy for the social media platforms you’ll be present on, including content buckets, content styles, posting cadence, profile feed and highlights planning, and the most important social media KPIs to measure as they relate to your business goals.

STEP 2: CONTENT PLANNING + POST CREATION

Now comes the really fun part — creating the strategy-backed content that will be published on your brand’s social platforms!

Using your strategy as the foundation, we’ll create high-quality, on-brand photo posts, design graphic carousels, edit and create Reels/TikToks, write captions, and prepare posts to be published throughout the month.

Please note that it is required for clients to provide us with photo and especially vertical video assets for us to make your monthly posts from. If you do not already have an existing content library with high-quality, social-optimized assets, there is always the option for us to travel to your property — we’re available to travel anywhere! — to capture an entire bank of content for us to use in your posts for months to come. As the brand, you will also get to keep all of these visuals.

STEP 3: MONTHLY ANALYTICS REPORTS

At the end of each month, we’ll take a look at your social media insights, analyzing everything from the best and worst performing posts to audience growth, engagements, reach and impressions, profile visits, and link clicks.

We’ll then package this up into a Monthly Analytics Report that’s easy to follow and easily digestable, so you can understand how your account and content is doing and if it’s aligning with the business and social media goals we initially set.

We also use what we learn from the analytics to inform the social strategy and content going forward.
