Casa Social is a social-first content and marketing studio serving boutique hotels, luxury vacation rentals, and experiential stays around the world.
From cinematic short-form video and social-optimized photography to ongoing social media management and creator/influencer partnerships, our work is designed to help the world’s most beautiful boutique stays show up on socials in a strategic way that feels intentional, compelling, and organic to the social platforms we’re marketing on.
Where visitors stay is an integral part of their travel story. Every property has a distinct feel and identity — shaped by its design, location, and guest experience — and our role is to translate that into social content that resonates with modern travelers, stands out in a crowded social landscape, and drives direct bookings.
Blending creative direction with strategy, we partner closely with our clients as an extension of their team — not just to create content, but to shape how their brand lives and evolves on social.

OUR SERVICES

We’ll capture original vertical video content in our signature “creator meets social-cinematic” style.
You’ll receive a collection of final edited short-form videos ready to post (UGC videos), a collection of raw video clips for you to create your own posts from, and/or both.

We’ll shoot social-optimized photos (meaning they’re vertical + platform native, high-res and/or UGC style).
You’ll receive a curated collection of high-quality edited photos, ready to post on socials.

We’ll take raw footage you already have and strategically + creatively edit them into social videos.
You’ll receive final edited short-form videos, ready to post on your social accounts.

We’ll start with a custom social media strategy based on your business and social goals.
Then on a monthly basis, we will create and publish a set of social media posts (including carousels and social videos) on a monthly basis on Instagram and/or TikTok.
You’ll receive monthly social media posts, community management, and analytics reports to inform your ongoing social strategy.
Note that clients are required to provide visual assets for Casa Social to create posts with, including photo and vertical video. If clients do not yet have a content catalog and/or need refreshed assets, Casa Social can visit the property for a content shoot and/or contract travel + hospitality creators on behalf of the client to build the social visual library.

This is an exclusive service reserved for our monthly social media management clients.
Because clients are required to provide Casa Social with visual assets from which to create social media posts with, if the client does not yet have a content library and/or needs refreshed assets, Casa Social can contract travel + hospitality creators on behalf of the client to build the social visual library.
Creator management includes sourcing aligned + qualified creators, negotiation, contracts, creative briefs, and asset management once deliverables have been handed over.
Influencer partnerships for brand awareness and reaching target audiences also includes sourcing aligned influencers, negotiation, contracts, creative briefs, and a wrap up report for the partnership.
